At Katie Greaves Jewellery, our customers come first. That’s why we’ve developed a clear store policy that outlines everything you need to know about shopping with us. 

• Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons.

• Please allow 5 days from ordering as some pieces are made to order and handmade jewellery takes time. 

• All orders come beautifully packaged. For orders under £30 they will come on a branded card and wrapped in tissue. Orders over £30 will come in a grey branded box.
