This pendant has beautiful organic textures. It has been created using the ancient technique of cuttlefish casting. Each cuttlefish bone is hand carved to form a mould for silver to be poured into, and since each mould can only be used once this makes each casting completely unique. This is why the textures on each earring are so gorgeous and  have such an unpredictable and unique finish from piece to piece.
